Slab Emporium LLC · What we do, and the rules we hold everyone to

Our mission: make the hobby better for the next 30 years, with fair fees and rules for honest listings.

Fees

• No buyer fee. Buyers pay the listed price plus any shipping and tax shown. ValutrixOS adds no fee for buyers.
• Seller fees are shown before you list. The listing form shows your current seller fee before you publish.

Rules for honest listings

• Our listing rules check every new listing: physical items only, no grade wording unless it's a graded slab, and altered or custom items must say so. Listings that break the rules are held or blocked.
• Every seller agrees to the Seller Policy before publishing.

Slab Emporium's own shop

• Items Slab Emporium LLC sells itself are labeled "Sold by Slab Emporium".
• They get no special ranking: search order uses the same rules as every other seller.
• The founder can't use founder tools to rule in Slab Emporium's favor on its own orders.
• Every seller picks a return policy when listing, and it's shown on the listing. Slab Emporium's own shop, as a seller, offers 30-day returns. See Refunds.

Your data

• We don't use your data, listings, photos or messages to train any outside AI or machine-learning models.
• You can export your data and delete your account in Settings → Your data.
• Each member's Trovix™ SI works only with that member's own account.

If something goes wrong

• Use the Report button on a listing or seller to tell us about a problem.
• ValutrixOS doesn't issue, approve or decide refunds between members. Buyers ask the seller first, then use their payment provider's process. We keep the order record and listing snapshot, take reports, and remove listings or suspend accounts that break the rules, with appeals. See our Refunds policy.
